When you use Regatta to sign documents electronically, you are creating a legally binding electronic signature.

Right to Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of any electronic records. Contact us atsupport@regatta.run.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent at any time. Doing so may affect your ability to complete transactions on our platform.
Hardware/Software Requirements
You are entitled to know the hardware and software required to access and retain electronic records. See Technical Requirements below.
Technical Requirements

- •A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- •Ability to receive and view PDF documents
- •A valid email address for notifications
- •Ability to print or save electronic records (optional but recommended)
Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures are legally valid and enforceable in the United States under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
By using our electronic signature service, you consent to the use of electronic signatures for all documents and transactions conducted through the Regatta platform.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information and ensure the integrity of electronic signatures.
Audit Trail
We maintain a complete audit trail of signature activities, including timestamps, IP addresses, and user identification for legal compliance.
